13th Anniversary Celebration
Qubatic proudly celebrated its 13th anniversary in December 2025, marking another important milestone in our journey of growth, innovation, teamwork and shared success.
Over the past 13 years, Qubatic has continued to evolve through the dedication of its people, the trust of its clients and a strong commitment to delivering quality engineering and technology driven AEC services. Our 13th anniversary celebration was a reflection of that journey bringing our team together for a week filled with energy, enthusiasm, purpose and memorable moments.
A Week of Teamwork, Energy & Fun
The 13th anniversary celebration was not limited to a single day. Throughout the week, the Qubatic team came together to participate in a variety of indoor and outdoor games and activities.
From table tennis, chess, carrom, badminton and pool to an exciting game of outdoor cricket, team members participated with great enthusiasm and competitive spirit. These activities provided an opportunity for everyone to step away from their regular routines, connect with colleagues and strengthen the bonds that make teamwork an important part of the Qubatic culture.
The week was a reminder that strong teams are built not only through professional collaboration but also through shared experiences, mutual support and time spent together beyond the workplace.
QUBWalkathon
One of the most meaningful highlights of the celebration was the QUBWalkathon, organized on a Friday morning with a purpose beyond celebration.
The initiative brought the Qubatic team together to promote participation, community spirit and social responsibility while raising funds to support people in need.
We are grateful to share that the funds collected through the QUBWalkathon were donated to the Global Medical & Educational Foundation, supporting its ongoing medical and educational initiatives.
For Qubatic, an anniversary is not only an opportunity to celebrate how far we have come but also an opportunity to contribute positively to the community. The QUBWalkathon made the 13th anniversary even more meaningful by turning team participation into support for a worthwhile cause.
Celebrating Excellence Through Awards
The 13th anniversary celebrations concluded on a high note with our 13th Anniversary Celebration, held on Friday evening.
The event was also an opportunity to recognize and appreciate the people behind Qubatic’s journey. During the celebration, we presented Yearly Awards and Service Awards to recognize employees for their dedication, performance, contribution and long standing commitment to the organization.
These awards represent more than individual achievements. They reflect the collective effort, consistency and teamwork that have contributed to Qubatic’s growth over the years.
Recognizing our people remains an important part of our culture because every milestone achieved by Qubatic is ultimately the result of the people who contribute to it every day.
13 Years of Growth and Shared Success
Reaching 13 years is a significant milestone, but it is also a reminder that growth is a continuous journey.
From our early years to where we stand today, Qubatic has continued to build its capabilities, strengthen its team, expand its services and develop lasting relationships with clients.
Our journey has been shaped by vision, dedication, innovation, collaboration and a commitment to excellence. The 13th anniversary gave us an opportunity to look back with gratitude while looking ahead to the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
Thank You for Being Part of Our Journey
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire Qubatic team for their dedication, enthusiasm and contribution throughout these 13 years.
We also sincerely thank our clients and well-wishers for their continued trust and support. Your confidence in Qubatic has been an important part of our journey and continues to inspire us to aim higher.
As we look toward the future, we remain committed to growing together, embracing innovation, strengthening our capabilities and creating greater value for our clients and the communities around us.
